Our Story
As we made the rounds as professionals across industries ranging from Retail to Real Estate and Healthcare to Mechanical Contracting, we couldn't help but to think to ourselves "there has to be a better way". When making recommendations, many contractors were failing to recognize the underlying needs and objectives of their clients' businesses, and—becoming commoditized in the market—were resorting to a "gotcha"-based change order business model to stay profitable. Misinformation and overpromising abounded, and owner and occupants needs were rarerly being met. That's why we founded era.
